Q. How to change my account's personal information?

  • Log in to your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information.

Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill in the email that was used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account

Q. Can I call Concept Audio to place an order?

YES! you may contact us on Facebook Messenger for a fast reply or call us at +603-9131 4399 (Mon-Fri, 9:30 am-5:30 pm) and place your order directly.

Q. Can I try the product ?

Yes! We have our own experience center for limited products such as Subwoofer, Intellimix system etc and we welcome you to come over and test the product that you're interested in. Kindly contact us on Facebook Messenger or call us for more info.
